Bedford club open again tonight - get fit in January!

Hi everyone, just a reminder that the Bedford club is open tonight at 7:15pm.

With the other clubs closed for Christmas this is a good opportunity to get back on the mat and start training again for the new year.

A reminder of the opening times of the other clubs:

Marston: Opens Monday 17th Jan
St Neots: Opens Friday 14th Jan
