Sensei Rob will be teaching at the St Neots dojo this Friday

Sensei Rob has been asked to teach the Friday class at St Neots again this week.
The lesson will include:

• unarmed combat / self defence
• core principles, locks and throw
• martial arts techniques against weapon attack
• ground fighting
