Bedford Martial Arts class tonight Wednesday 13th Jan

Tonight's self defence class (Wednesday 13th January) will be on as normal at the Biddenham Upper School dojo, assuming that the school is open.

Please try to get there a little earlier as we may have to create space for the mats.
